Merger Control

We provide legal support for merger control notifications in Türkiye, from assessing filing obligations to preparing the notification and following the review through to the Competition Board’s decision.

Merger control notifications concern transactions that require clearance from the Turkish Competition Board. Mergers and acquisitions resulting in a lasting change of control may require clearance, depending on the applicable turnover thresholds and specific rules under the relevant legislation.

We provide legal support throughout the notification process, from assessing filing obligations and preparing the submission to following the review through to the Board’s decision.
