Decisions of the Turkish Competition Board are subject to judicial review before the administrative courts. Where a Board decision is adverse to a client, we assist with assessing the available legal remedies, filing annulment actions, and following the proceedings.
Annulment actions against the Board’s final decisions, interim measures and administrative fine decisions are heard by the Ankara Administrative Courts. Depending on the circumstances, the judicial process may also involve appellate and cassation stages. Turkish Competition Authority 2025 Annual Report
