Defence

In Turkish competition law reviews, every step from the first contact with the Authority to the final decision can shape the defense strategy and the risks a company may face.

Reviews initiated by the Turkish Competition Authority, either upon a complaint or ex officio, may develop into preliminary inquiries, full-fledged investigations and, in some cases, exposure to administrative fines. Early preparation, a careful assessment of the case file and a coherent defense strategy are central to navigating these processes.
